Dispatch is a private tool built and run by Simple Connections. It is not offered to the public, sold, licensed or made available to anyone else. This page exists because Google requires a terms of service link for applications that request access to Gmail.
Who may use it
Its operator, and nobody else. There is no sign-up, no account creation and no way for another person to obtain access. Authorizing a Google account to Dispatch is something only the operator can do, for mailboxes he controls.
What it does
It reads the operator’s own mail and work-tracking systems, arranges the results into a single list, and ranks what appears to need attention. It does not send mail on anyone’s behalf.
No warranty
The software is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. It may be wrong about what matters, may miss things, may stop working, and may be switched off without notice. It is a convenience for one person, not a system of record: the authoritative copy of any message, task or invoice remains in the service it came from.
Ending it
The operator may withdraw the application’s access to any account at any moment through myaccount.google.com/permissions, which takes effect immediately.
